Francelle Mata has been named Dining Services Director at Royal Oaks – An Aventur Community.

An Arizona native and classically trained chef, Francelle brings a dynamic blend of culinary expertise, operational excellence and people-first leadership. Since joining Royal Oaks in 2017, she has advanced through key leadership roles — including Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef — consistently elevating the dining experience while mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Her diverse background spans senior living, hospitality and large-scale culinary operations, and her contributions have helped drive award-winning results and meaningful recognition across the organization.
