Following a comprehensive national search, Lauren joins Royal Oaks with extensive leadership experience in nonprofit health care, including roles as CEO of Spectrum Healthcare Group and COO of Copa Health. Her unique combination of clinical expertise and executive business acumen positions her to lead one of Arizona’s premier Life Plan Communities into its next chapter.

As an Arizona native, Lauren brings not only professional excellence but also a personal connection to the Sun City community.
